Change starts here, now, with you.

Sure, you’ve heard of United Way. We’re not new…but what we’re doing definitely is. We spent the past decade revolutionizing relationships between donors, volunteers, nonprofit agencies and community partners so that our efforts reach hundreds of thousands of people in groundbreaking ways. By creating strategies that solve problems at their root causes and full scale, we have become a nationally recognized leader in changing the human condition.

But we’re not done yet.

Dane County is dynamic, and as it changes, so do we. Our community’s problems are not the same as they were ten, five, or even two years ago. Building social solutions in this type of environment requires a special kind of professional who can keep our momentum going while helping us evolve. We need a team of ambitious, entrepreneurial minds with diverse perspectives who thrive in a challenging, results-focused, growth-oriented setting.

Hear that? That’s your cue.

It’s time to step into the spotlight. We know that our best work comes from bringing all types together: United Way lifers and newbies, scientist-types and actors, detail people and big picture thinkers. So whether you’re a creative problem-solver with a penchant for social change, or a talented relationship builder obsessed with individual and team achievement, you can find your role in this story. Together, we are able to change the world…from right here in Dane County. And you’re going to have a great time while we do it.

Do good, do well.

OK, it’s no secret. You could earn more money in the for-profit sector. Part of our reward is intrinsic, but that doesn’t mean we don’t benefit as individuals. Besides competitive salary (guided by regular third-party market surveys), employees enjoy a complete benefits package including insurance, retirement options, paid time off, flexible schedules and work environment.

Anything else on your mind?

If you’ve read this far, you probably feel it; this is your opportunity to take action. This is your opportunity to change lives.

Not sure yet? No problem. Check out our mission and values for a little extra push.

Next step: find a position that speaks to you, and apply today. We’ll take care of the rest.
